Food Good Hygienic Practices (GHP)

GHP is an abbreviation of the Food Good Hygienic Practices whose purpose is to provide the management regulations for operating sites, facilities or quality assurance system used by a food business for manufacturing, processing, preparing, packaging, transporting, storing and selling foods or food additives, to ensure hygiene, safety and quality. The production and sale process of food must comply with the “Food Good Hygienic Practices.”
